They are here! Our new range of perfect little mini and short dresses. Flared and layered skirts all with sparkles - perfect for the party season and beyond! You will be sure to find something to add a chic bit of style, and colours ranging from pinks and purples, to red and cappuccinos, frocks in chiffon, and satin, beading and filagree embroidery.. we have the dress perfect for party, prom and ball. Add glitz and glam to whatver you do!

Over the last few months we have had many of you asking us if we will ever do any shorter dresses.
Well, we do listen to you and we have some mini dresses and cocktail dresses coming in to us very shortly! Here is a sneak peak of the 1st one we have received ….we'd love to hear what you think!
This one shown here is in satin with an organza overlay on the skirt , which also has a built in crinoline. The bodice is an empire waist line, with exquisite crystal beading and sequins on the bust with a beautiful ruched crystal beaded bow sash ….

Remember, remember the 5th of November! No gunpowder or treason here, just the start of a new blog to let our loyal customers, fans and hopefully some new friends too, know what we are up to!
We have now been involved with proms, weddings, party and formal occasions online now for over 6 years, and have had our showroom for just over a year - how time flies! During that time we have been so very lucky to meet so many lovely people and been able to help them with finding the perfect dress, gown or frock - be it for their prom night, formal party, hunt ball , military ball and helping bridesmaids to look stunning at the wedding (though of course, always trying to ensure not to out do the bride on her big day ! )
We thought the next step would be to try to keep everyone up to date with our news as it happens - we have had many new styles in for 2011 , and have more elegant dress styles for the 2012 season to come - QPID Showgirl really is the place to be!
The way to do that we thought was have a regular blog here on our website , and also on Facebook and now on
as well, so there really is no excuse for missing all our news and of course by joining us on Facebook and Twitter we also let "those in the know" have access to special discounts and promotions!
We hope that the following year we can help more more brides, bridemaids, Prom gals, debutantes and party girls find their dream dress!
