When it was founded in 2005, QPID Showgirl sought to bring elegance, sophisticated styles, and above all, unique formal gowns for proms, balls, weddings, brides and bridesmaids and many other evening occasions all at a high quality but at a low price. To this day, this is still our philosophy as we strive to select a range of styles to suit all tastes, occasions and figures.

Knowing how expensive weddings, a high school prom or university graduation ball can be, our concept was to be affordable to all whilst maintaining the quality and individuality you expect and require for attending such functions.  Why hire a gown, and give it back, when for a similar amount you can wear one of our fantastic dresses to keep for eternity! Customers ask us how we can be so cheap and yet be so high quality - the answer is by having the dresses made exclusively for us, we can keep the price inexpensive but retain the high quality.

As well as gowns and dresses for Prom and Balls, and many are perfect for military balls, our range includes a wide variety of styles, colours and materials for bridesmaid, weddings and formal evening functions.

We maintain a collection of bolero jackets and clutch bags, all of which are the perfect accessory to your dress. We have satin and taffeta bolero jackets and shrugs, and some of our dress have organza wraps too!

Orders online now have a FREE POSTAGE option available for all UK orders (though you can pay for expedited postage too) and for all EU and Worldwide orders our postal options are very competitive.
